Connect your business-owned WhatsApp Business account to send utility notifications, payment reminders and receipts using the appropriate approved templates. Deliver OTP verification messages with authentication templates, manage customer conversations and monitor delivery statuses.
Onboarding with your business account
- Contact Helium to arrange a workspace and invite your business owner.
- An authorised administrator connects the business's WhatsApp account through Meta Embedded Signup.
- Complete the account, number, webhook and usage-plan checks before enabling sending.
- Use the workspace or integrate your application to request messages and receive delivery events.
Meta account eligibility, permissions and template approvals govern availability. Your application generates and validates OTPs; WAAPI provides messaging and status handling. Businesses must obtain required recipient permissions and respect opt-outs.
Ownership, support and data
Connected accounts and team access are scoped to the client's workspace. Helium provides the platform and support; Meta operates the WhatsApp Cloud API. No Meta partnership, certification or approval is implied.
