1. Who we are
This website is operated by Helium Enterprises Private Limited (CIN U46524GJ2025PTC162397), a company incorporated in Gujarat, India, with its registered office at 2, Harbhole Complex, Near A. R. Bhatt College, Veraval Road, Una – 362560, Gujarat, India ("Helium Enterprises", "we", "us").
For personal data you share with us through this website or by contacting us directly, we are the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to:
- your use of this website (ehelium.in); and
- inquiries and communications you send us by WhatsApp, email, phone, or in person.
WAAPI business messaging has its own Privacy Notice and data deletion instructions, covering platform accounts, recipient details, message content and delivery records. This company-website policy does not cover data processed inside our products or client systems. When an organisation uses HeliumMDM or a system we build for it, that organisation decides how the personal data of its staff, customers, and devices is used, and our handling of that data is governed by our written agreement with that organisation. MobiEasy will publish its own privacy policy for buyers and sellers.
3. Personal data we collect
Information you give us
When you fill in an inquiry form, message us, or call us, we may receive:
- your name, phone or WhatsApp number, and email address;
- your organisation, the type of inquiry, and details about your project, devices, or requirements; and
- anything else you choose to include in your message.
Our inquiry forms do not store your details on our website. When you press Send via WhatsApp or Send via Email, the form prepares a message in your own WhatsApp or email app. Nothing is sent to us until you press send in that app.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record technical details of each visit, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of request, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Web fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If we introduce them, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
4. How we use your data
We use personal data only for the purposes below:
- to reply to your inquiry and discuss your requirements;
- to arrange demonstrations and prepare proposals or quotations;
- to deliver services you engage us for, under a separate agreement;
- to keep business, tax, and legal records we are required to keep; and
- to keep our website and systems secure and prevent misuse.
We process this data because you have given it to us voluntarily for these purposes, or with your consent, as permitted by the DPDP Act. We will not send you marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them. We do not sell personal data.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only where needed for the purposes above:
- Communication and hosting providers that carry or store our messages and website, such as WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), our email provider, and our web host. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
- Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, under a duty of confidentiality.
- Government or law-enforcement authorities, when we are required to do so by law.
- A successor business, if Helium Enterprises is involved in a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, subject to this policy.
6. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up, and for no more than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for as long as required by applicable tax, accounting, and company laws. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
7. How we protect it
We use reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to people who need it, and secured accounts for our email and messaging tools. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but if a personal data breach occurs we will notify affected people and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
8. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete, or update inaccurate or incomplete data;
- have your data erased when it is no longer needed, unless we must keep it by law;
- withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. This does not affect processing already carried out;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated; and
- raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 12. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We aim to respond within 30 days.
9. Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Processing outside India
Some of our service providers, such as email, messaging, and font providers, may store or process data on servers outside India. Where this happens, we rely on providers with appropriate safeguards and comply with any restrictions the Government of India places on transfers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and where the changes are significant, we will highlight them on our website.
