The Genesis

From Electronics Retail to Technology Development

Helium Enterprises did not begin with an abstract software idea. Its foundation was built through daily, hands-on experience in electronics retail.

In 2018, Ajay Majethiya entered the electronics and smartphone business through Ajay Electronics in Una, Gujarat. Running a retail operation created direct exposure to customer expectations, product financing, inventory movement, warranties, device setup, payment follow-up, retailer margins, local-market trust, and the limitations of existing commercial software.

Instead of treating these recurring challenges as unavoidable, Ajay began thinking about how software and connected-device technology could make underlying processes simpler, safer, and more scalable.

In 2025, Helium Enterprises Private Limited was incorporated to give this work a formal corporate structure and a nationwide technology mission.

Executive Background

Ajay completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from BVM Engineering College in 2018. Rather than following a conventional corporate path alone, he founded Ajay Electronics in Una, gaining years of ground-level experience with customers, smartphones, electronics, payments, retailer margins, and after-sales service.

This experience became the direct inspiration for HeliumMDM. Ajay recognized that retailers, finance partners, logistics operators, and schools needed more reliable tools to enroll, control, monitor, secure, and support distributed hardware fleets. He leads the technical direction across custom Android DPC device-owner workflows, Apple MDM integration, policy delivery, and kiosk modes.

As CEO, Ajay is responsible for company strategy, product roadmap, partnerships, engineering priorities, and ensuring every platform solves a genuine operational need. His leadership style is hands-on: studying protocols deeply, testing policies on actual OEM hardware, and eliminating unnecessary complexity.
