HeliumMDM can restrict, lock, locate, and manage devices. It may be used only on devices that the customer owns or is lawfully authorised to manage, and only with the informed consent of device users where the law requires it. Customers are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to their use, including data-protection, consumer-protection, and lending regulations.

Helium Enterprises is a technology provider. We are not a bank, NBFC, or lender, and we do not provide credit or recover debts. Any finance, lease, or rental arrangement that uses our technology must be offered by an appropriately licensed institution under transparent contracts with customer consent and a proper grievance process.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its text, graphics, logos, screenshots, and code, and the names Helium Enterprises, HeliumMDM, and MobiEasy, belong to Helium Enterprises or its licensors. You may view and share pages from this website for personal or internal business reference.
